Why we built SkillMeld AI
Before starting Ababitey, I worked with NGOs and software companies, and as a translator and interpreter.
Again and again I saw hardworking hiring teams face the same challenge: a single job posting would draw hundreds of CVs, and there was never enough time to give every one the attention it deserved. It wasn't a lack of care. It was simply too much for any team to handle by hand.
SkillMeld AI is our answer. It reads every CV against the job, ranks candidates, and explains each score, so hiring teams can spend their time on interviews and every applicant gets a fair look.
